I just watched an amazing ESPN.com video on Marquise Walker. Marquise is an 8 year old basketball phenom who is using Youtube to promote his name. Looks like its working. Marquise is the lead story on ESPN’s NBA page.

That is ridiculous! I couldn’t even get the ball to a 10 foot hoop until i was like in 3rd grade! Recruiting starts early these days, and he is definitely going to be ready.

Kid’s got game for sure. But considering most Kindergarteners are 5 or 6 years old, he’s kind of approaching the “Ringer” status.

sorry for any confusion. Marquise’s dad was hyping him on youtube as the top kindergartner in the country. This must have been going on for 2 – 3 years now. 8 year olds shouldnt be in kindergarten.
